Broadclyst sports hall deemed unsafe

Fixtures in the Thursday evening 5-A-Side League at Broadclyst had to be cancelled last night after a leaking roof made the surface 'unplayable'.

Despite the facilities including a shiny hard polished surface which feels like a cross between glass and concrete, a ball which resembles an egg and cricket nets covering one corner of the pitch, it was a leak in the roof which caused the postponement of last nights fixtures.

Ironically, the decision to postpone the matches was taken by the referee, whose refereeing decisions alone should be grounds for making matches 'unplayable'.

The only beneficiaries from the news where sh*te side Barton Villa, who were spared the embarrassment of another thrashing for at least a week.
