The bookies weren't giving great odds in the South Devon Van Hire Novices' Chase as only one horse ran.

The 6-year-old Ballyfoy walked home to win the 3m 1f 110y chase in the 15:20 yesterday in what can only be described as a walkover.

You could say that Exeter really is a one horse town.
