Johnny Hollywood off to the states

Local keeper Ian Pann, known as Johnny Hollywood for his exaggerated dives and 'one for the camera' saves, is set to take his showmanship to LA.

Pann hopes his histrionics will be recognised by directors looking for an actor who can embellish dramatic effects from low-budget stunts.

Pann, who regularly dives around like a fish out of water when faced with a ball travelling slowly towards him, admits it will be difficult for him to leave behind the glitz and glamour of playing in the Thursday 5-a-Side league in Broadclyst.

His team, Barton Villa, are scouting for a suitable replacement with Sylvester Stallone's character from Escape To Victory topping the list.
