Grecian gets DualShock(tm)

During the storms last monday night, Grecian the Lion was attacked by an errant bolt of lightning as he played on his PS2.

"I was playing Fifa 07 and a bolt of lightning hit the road outside. It went through to my controller and I got a sharp shock in my middle finger. Saw the spark and everything coming from my controller!"

The near death incident isn't thought to have put City mascot Chris Sumner off football however, and he's expected to be scoffing down pukka pies with the best of them at today's match.

It is thought that the PS2 also survived.
