Liverpool vs Exeter: 3-1

Exeter City have pulled back a little bit of pride scoring their only goal against Liverpool in the 80th minute.

1-nill down at half time, Exeter had played a good game, although not having a clue who the players are does make ripping the content of the Guardian's minute-by-minute updates a bit difficult.

Exeter apparently played well in parts, despite the rain, but were no match for Liverpool on the night who won the game 3-1 after 3 minutes of extra time.

The police are out in force tonight though, as the Liverpool supporters try to make it all the way home without any looting and/or roiting along on the way.
