Chiefs batter the Bees

Exeter Chiefs battered Pertemps Bees 36-0 on Saturday to leave the Birmingham based side firmly rooted to the foot of the table.

Exeter's victory included five tries and an easily procured bonus point to increase their lead over closest rivals for second spot, Nottingham.

But at the wrong end of the table, the Pertemps Bees are now 2 points behind Launceston who have a game in hand. However, the Bees can count themselves fortunate to have Pertemps as their sponsors, as a few of the first team may need to change their vocation next season...
