Newton St Cyres followed up their 9-0 victory last weekend with a fantastic 5-1 demolition job on Saturday. But the real icing on the cake came from narky winger Wayne Down.

He explained to ThisIsntExeter in an exclusive interview "We 'ad a corner and I looked up to pick out centre-forward Jonny Chiz, but I miss-hit the cross, the wind took it, and the ball flew right into the back of the net."

Ironically, despite having a physic that makes Jonny Vegas look like Frank Lampard, the NSC manager has been attempting to claim the credit for this tactical master-stroke.
