Red Dwarfer makes Italian debut

The eagle-eyed of you out there who manage to stay awake on a Sunday afternoon whilst watching Italian football will have noticed European Champions AC Milan giving a debut to new signing, Red Dwarf's Dave Lister.

For a bloke who's spent the last few hundred years hurtling round space living off lager, curry and space-critter, Lister put in a spirited performance and his rotund figure and customary bottle of Cinzano at half-time didn't seem to adversely affect his shooting ability.

Apparently AC are looking to add to their coaching staff by adding the bumbling, accident prone idiot from Some Mother’s Do ‘Ave ’Em, but Steve McLaren is on holiday.
