Guildhall sold!

The city centre shopping centre has been sold for a whopping £65m to the Norwich Property Trust by the US based company Christian Vision.

In 2 years the happy-clappy building company which bought the centre in 2004 for £44m have not really done much with it, other than shoe away kids with skateboards.

There are fears that the centre is going to be knocked down and shipped, brick by brick, to Norwich, where it will re-built for the folks up there to enjoy.

New centre manager Andrew McNeilly said: "Our new owners and management team have a superb vision for the future of the centre".
