Man soils trousers during storm

A man whose house was struck by lightning during last nights storms awoke to find he had explosively shat himself.

The lightning struck at about 3am damaging the roofs of some houses, and causing a more severe reaction in one resident in particular.

Mr Jones said: "There was a bang and I was scrabbling round for clothes and picked up some trousers, but I couldn't put then on as they had been hit too."

As they emerged from the mess Mrs Jones said she was happy to have made it out alive.
