Political correctness gone mad

Exeter University's Guild of Students says the Christian Union (CU) is not open to all - because members must sign a form saying they follow Christ, and has suspended the society because of the CU's constitution.

We can't think of anything more ludicrus, as in order to worship God and Christ, surely you must first belive in them.

Guild of Students President Jemma Percy said the requirement to sign the declaration meant "participation in the society was not open to every student".

Either way, we here at ThisIsntExeter couldn't really give a toss, we'd far prefer to be part of the Exeter Chocolate Society [1].
