Exeter grinds to a halt in snow madness

The rest of the country has been having weather related problems for the last week or so, and now the snow has finally made it's way to Exeter.

Schools across the region have been closed, much to the delight of school-children everywhere, and people who work in Exeter have been unable to get in this morning without risking life and limb.

We witnessed a few close collisions this morning with people doing full 180 spins attempting to avoid collisions, and it's pretty entertaining to watch, although you do wish you had a video camera to film all the shenanigans.

Expect more disruption for the next week or so as temperatures drop to around -5 and get as much time off work as you can.
