Police now hunting Exeter flasher
1 commentPolice officers in Exeter are keen to speak to a man who was seen flashing passers by at five o'clock this morning.
Exeter residents are apparently disappointed it's not the same flasher that has been making appearances in Plymouth.
The man was seen on Prince Charles Road by the staff at Morrisons who were on their way to open up. The police apparently don't believe it was a targeted attack.
If you've seen a white bloke around 6 foot, give or take, quite slim and wearing a jumper over his head and white boxer shorts which were swiftly removed, then DCI Caroline Prince is keen to speak to him, and would appreciate a call. Make of that what you will...
It's getting late so you'll have to insert your own penis related pun in the comments.
If you have any information, she's on 0845 2 777 444 quoting reference DE/09/14263, or you can call crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or speak to a local officer or PCSO.
