Portland street fire

The fire gods descended on Portland Street last night and had party at No 53. I don't think that they were invited as they left a hell of mess and smoked out half the street. All at 0230 in the morning as well - handy.

Fire brigade sent 4 engine things and a ladder platform beasty hung around at the top of the street. Plenty of ambulances and police cars - all just round the corner from the Police station so am sure they managed to pop back for a cup of tea.

Doesn't look like anyone too badly affected though the neighbours children have got a good tale for school today!
