Road signs confuse residents

St. Thomas residents have been left standing jaw agape, scratching their heads trying to work out what the signs on their road mean.

Some residents thought it could be a warning about flying motorcycles. Gwen Jones, one of the locals, said: “These do look a bit confusing. I can only think that they are there as a warning for motorists [...]".

Another householder, who wished to remain anonymous admitted “These signs are just confusing."

There doesn't seem to have been an reported problems with motorcycle stunt teams in the area, but a city and county councillor for St. Thomas is concerned the signs may encourage people.

The Echo was told: “Dangerous cycling [...] is certainly a hot topic in St Thomas".
