Devon County Show-time again

This weekends traffic will be unbearable and you can almost guarantee the heavens will open by Saturday. That's right, it's the Devon County Show this weekend.

Folks from around the county will once again be descending on our sleepy little corner of the world for a chance to see the county's biggest bull and the bearded lady of Taunton.

Of course most people with any sense will be going straight for the beer tent where a range of local ales and beers are available to numb the senses.

The MET have forecasted pleasant enough weather, but since when has that stopped the rain?

We suggest you pack a brolly, to be on the safe side, and take the Mrs in the Brown entrance.

Oh, and rug-rats get in free on Saturday with an accompanying adult.
