2 commentsTomorrow is the opening of the 2009 Electrician and Builders conventions at Westpoint Arena, where all attendees will be on the receiving end of a free bacon roll.
Lets face it, the chances of getting swine flu living here in the Westcountry are minuscule (unless they're using Mexican bacon), although that doesn't seem to stop the vast majority of local and national papers making a big deal out of it all.
We say go out and have a nice bacon sandwich, have a gammon steak, have a pack of pork scratchings with your pint. Hell, it's the Devon County Show next month, so lets all get out to Westpoint and show those pigs who's boss.
We'll see you in the beer tent!
