17 dead in Princesshay shopping centre chaos

Well Christmas was pretty uneventful this year, but as soon as it was over and the doors were thrown open to the "Church of the Consumer" people flooded the town centre.

The chaos began when the city found it self to bleary eyed shoppers at 6am, wandering about like zombies from a 60's horror film, with numbers building up throughout the morning.

Some stores opened their doors to help everyone open their wallets and enrich their lives with cheap material goods. How nice of them.

With some stores offering up to 70% off of products (so basically at least one item will have the full discount, the rest probably 10, 15 at a push) so people will no doubtably be drawn in by the nice shiny things in the window.

We suggest you stay indoors if at all possible and wait for it all to blow over before venturing anywhere near the town centre.
