24/10/08 - 2 comments
Despite vocal opposition to the £70k monstrosity outside the gun-shop in Heavitree, the council have started work on their glass and steel erection.

Workers from JTT construction were on site yesterday, and having dug a bloomin' great hole proceeded to lay the ground works for what's becoming known as the Exeter Folly.

Workmen arrive to begin wasting our money.

"Nobody move, I've lost a contact lense..."

"I think I found a skeleton!" "Shhh, they'll get the bloody archaeologists in."

Traffic squeezes past the digger parked on the pavement.

Why is there always a bit left over?

Playing statues on the wet cement.

A hard days work finished.

Time for dinner. See ya!
