ECC caught in the act AGAIN!
0 commentsExeter City Council have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar yet again with one of their Exeter Parking Services vans parked right in the middle of a set of double yellow lines, within feet of a vacant designated parking area this morning at 11am.
This exclusive photo clearly shows one of their vans flouting the rules that you or I are obliged to follow under threat of a little yellow sticker and a pain in the wallet, but it seems they're above all that.
You would have thought that after last time they would have had a quick training day for all their drivers warning them not to be complete dicks when it came to parking.
All this whilst having a sticker on the side saying how great Exeter City Council are. The loser, well it's us again. No surprise there.
