What a waste

Mid-day in Sowton and the 'new' car-park has been up and running for half a day, yet for some reason it's looking decidedly empty.

It looks as though everyone is taking on our recommendations, parking in the Park and Ride section and saving their 30p.

We're guessing this little parking site isn't going to be the money spinner the council hoped for after all.
