City jewellers smash and grab

0 commentsPolice are today asking for witnesses to come forward who may have seen a man break the window of Kents Jewellers in Sidwell Street before making off with an amount of jewellery at around 4pm yesterday.
The after grabbing a handfull of garb from the window the robber then made his swift escape on a red and orange BMX with black handlebars.
The raider has been described as "stockily built, about 6ft tall and with scruffy brown hair. He was wearing a pink top and round glasses.
Police are keen to question Timmy Mallet.
