Heavitree shuts down again

Well, it looks like there are still things that need sorting out under the roads of Heavitree as Balfour Beatty have once again dug dirt great holes in the roads blocking incoming traffic again.

If you live in or around Heavitree then you're probably fed up with the noise of concrete saws and jack-hammers ponding the ground until the wee small hours, but hey, what can you do?

The disruption is set to continue for another 8 weeks now at least. Joyous.
