Buy yourself an Auzzy pub

If you've ever fancied becoming a pub landlord, with scores of Auzzies pulling pints to line your pockets (they're bred for bar-work) then you'll be glad to hear that Exeter's Walkabout is up for sale.
The bar that offers the "Awesome spirit of Australia" has been put up for sale by it's current owners Regent Inns as part of a £25 million package including bars in Barnsley, Blackpool, Derby, Newquay, Shepherds Bush and Wigan. The company will then lease the properties back from a successful purchaser in a 30-year lease.
We can only hope that Land Securities don't get a whiff of the sale, as they're likely to try and snap up more of our town centre, until they own they whole city, lock stock and barrel.
