Sowton bomb scare

Employees of Torex, who have offices in Sowton have been evacuated today after a threat was issued against the company at lunch time.

Staff were sent out for an extended fag break while offices were left vacant until the all clear could be given.

From what we've heard the threat was aimed at offices up north but staff were evacuated from the Exeter site as a precautionary measure.

After an hour of standing out in the cold staff were let back in at half past one this afternoon on the assumption that everything would be fine.
