SDV cancels ops at RD&E

Many routine operations have now been cancelled at Exeter's RD&E after further outbreaks of the Shitty Death Virus on it's wards.
Patients were told that their operations had been postponed because of the increase in norovirus cases at the hospital. Some operations are being done in nearby hospitals as the virus has put a strain on bed capacity.
The highly contagious virus, which causes vomiting and diarrhoea has already affected 8 wards in the hospital, with 17 patients becoming infected.
