2007's biggest time wasters

Ask anyone what 2007 meant to them and you'll get a lot of different things. The Chinese will tell you it's the year of the Pig, the United Nations will say it was the year of the Dolphin, but we think it was the year of the slacker.

Employees of the MET office, for example, spent over 20 hours looking at this site last year, whilst Devon County Council were slightly more restrained, using the site for just under 12 hours between themselves.

The good folks at ClientLogic racked up around 6 and a half hours of wasted time, as did Exeter City Council, but no-one was able to match the time-wasting abilities of the Met.
