Taking the piss

South West Water have yet again shown how much the care for it's West Country customers by reaming £97 million off us in the last six months.

The company who just keep raising the water rates proudly proclaim to have invested £76.6 million on improvements the the regions infrastructure, but still creamed nearly a hundred million quid off of us.

If SWW had reinvested the cash I'm sure we'd be a bit happier, but to raise water rates and simply put the difference in their pockets is yet another sign of how little they care about their customers.

Yet another case of shareholders first, customers second. It's almost worth opening the water services to tender, it can't be worse than it is now...
