Another flasher doing the rounds

It was a bus journey like any other, until at around 4pm, without warning, two young women were exposed to the indecent flesh of what is thought to be a 50 year old chap on the Exeter to Exmouth bus.

The man was described as being white, tanned and aged in his 50s, 5ft 9ins tall with short, greying, dark hair, a hook nose and a microscopic penis.

"I thought he was a eunuch at first" explained one of the women. "When I saw his tiny protrusion I couldn't help but laugh. He went bright red and closed his coat."
