Cell with a Vue

A 19-year-old from Exeter has woken up this morning with in a cell after police were called to the Vue cinema in Cheeke Street in response to an alarm at 1:35am.

When officers searched the premises they found the guy wandering around one of the auditoriums were he was collared and cuffed.

It hasn't been stated as to what the fella was looking for, but all the films had finished and the place was locked up for the night. Strangely he wasn't in the managers office or trying to break into the tills, although whether cinema seating is the height of fashion in Beacon Heath, we simply don't know.

Normally burglars tend to take TV's and home cinema equipment, rather than trying to make off with and entire theatre.
