Accidents can occur on roads

09/08/07
In a surprise revelation by the local newspaper, the Express and Echo has revealed that roads are dangerous places as you could easily cause or be involved in an accident.

By simply being near a road you are putting yourself in danger and should watch out for large metal 'cars' which can weigh upwards of a ton. If one of these were to hit you, even at a relatively slow speed you might get hurt.

Shockingly, at higher speed you could even die. In fact, in the last 8 months around 25 people were removed from the gene pool altogether.

This eye-opening investigation by the Echo has also revealed that in the wet the situation can get even worse. A lecturer at the University of Exeter Physics department explained the complicated science to us.

"When the road gets wet, cars can skid on the surface due to a lack of friction between the car and the road. If a car stats to skid then there is a possibility that it could crash and if that were to happen, well, I wouldn't want to imaging what could happen."

Strong stuff, we're sure you'll agree. So remember, next time you're on or near a road, be careful.
