No confidence in prison

Tomorrow over 30 inmates will be released in an experimental plan to thwart overcrowding in the UK's prisons.

Burglars and drug-dealers are among the first to be set free from incarceration by the Government's new guidelines, allowing them to get back on the theive and selling pot to school-children.

Prison officers at the jail weren't so keen on the idea and have passed a vote of no confidence in the governor. Someone in the chain o' command seems to have at least one braincell, but sadly it doesn't seem to bee the Guv.

Expect a nice big crime-wave to sweep Exeter some time after lunch, although if the boys in blue have any sense they can camp outside the gates and get the arrest figures up for the month.
