Replacing Exeter's bus station
0 commentsThe bus station is to be redeveloped in to a new flagship John Lewis department store in an attempt to bring a little class back to the city.
By removing all public transport links into the city centre, along with the current scheme of increased parking fees, those undesirable elements of the city's population will no longer be able to get into the new Princesshey development and make it look untidy.
The current site of the bus station is owned by the City Council and leased to Stagecoach, but after the recent redevelopment of Princesshey and with the new Vue cinema round the corner, the land has much more earning potential.
St. David's and Central Station will also be redeveloped into flats for rich students from the South East who's daddies will pay the exorbitant parking fees now demanded by the council.
