Price rises deter illness

Parking charges in parts of Exeter are set to double under radical new plans to deter people from being ill.

Motorists stopping near the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and Exeter University will face massive increases, which are set to come into force in April.

By forcing ill people to use buses, germs and bacteria can be spread throughout the less fortunate citizens who can no longer afford the new parking charges.

Shoppers meanwhile will not face increased parking prices as this would be bad for the greedy bastard who run this city.
