Noisy neighbours!
This is the crapest town possible to live in... You get no peace and quiet what so ever. As you go to bed after a long hard working day, hoping to get a good night sleep, then its when the racket really fires up!
Dogs barking, bottles smashing and people fighting.

From your letter, it's sounds like a lovely place to live. Who wouldn't want to live amongst such colourful characters and benefit thieves?
All we can say is that Exeter doesn't really have it much better. If it's not pissed up arseholes smashing windows on the way home from the clubs it's fire engines and police cars wailing through the night with their blues and twos on, waking up all and sundry as they race to the latest incident, probably caused by the same idiots.
It seems like our sleepy little corners of Devon has become home to the kind of pricks that you used to hear about on the news in places like Plymouth.
