It's getting hot in here

Dear Sir,

Your article about Princesshay is just the tip of the iceberg. When will anybody else draw attention to the fact that the shops have their heaters or coolers over their front doors and then because they want to be 'open' to shoppers they keep the doors open all day, no matter what the weather is. What a wonderful green city Exeter is. Why doesn't the council force these stores to keep their doors closed or why were automatic sliding doors not installed. Just wait until the depression really kicks in.

What you've done wrong there is assumed the council could give a rats ass about the environment. Those wind turbines aren't sat on top of their offices to be greener, they're there to decrease costs, so the councillors can have extra chocolate biscuits at every meeting.
