I've a fiver that says Princesshay isn't ready for the grand opening on the 20th.

Surely not even Challenge Anneka could pull that out the bag?

(Hope there's a new coffee shop or two. Lord knows we could do with some more).

I'm not sure you'd find a bookie in town that'll give you decent odds on that. Alternatively they might just end up getting the team from '60 minute makeover' in and just do a rush job at the last minute.

Guaranteed there'll be an abundance of MDF and throw cushions to distract you from the half-arsed job they've done.

And if only one of those coffee shops is going to be Amsterdam style we'd be more than impressed.
