Past the post

Short and to the point there Fred.

Well, after a nice lay in we wandered out to watch the poor sod run up and down the High Street like a headless chicken. On the return leg of the second lap it looked like the poor sod was going to collapse in a heap on the floor.

I feel I should point out that whilst he did manage to avoid the pubs, his normal past-time is Football, and there's not so much running about when you're in goal. A fair bit of shouting, but not much running.

He did manage to finish the course though, taking a total of 2 hours 22 minutes. Not too shabby really. Not great, but a hell of a lot better than I could do.
