St. Georges day ignored again

Yet another 23rd is upon us and life is going on as normal, no George Crosses are flying high and proud, no-one is going round in silly hats (probably a good thing really) and no-one seems to have noticed it's St. Georges day at all.

As we reported earlier in the year, the campaign for a bank holiday is still ongoing, but Ben Bradshaw's name is noticably missing from the early day motion being put through parliament at the moment.

Write to him now and pester him until he caves. It's too late for this year, but that gives us another year to get it changed. We could all do with another day off.
