Thief puts bacon on knob
0 commentsA Surrey household was the scene of the bizarre crime of bacon thievery, when a burglar broke into a house and stole a packet of bacon, leaving one rasher nonchalantly draped over the door knob.
The burglar also swiped a phone from the house, which was later recovered, but nothing else was taken during he theft on the 4th of September between 2.50am and 3.40am.
The thief did not cause any damage to the property and his motives are still unknown, although we reckon he realised there was nothing in the cupboard at home and on the long walk back from a club fancied cooking up a storm when he got back.
Surrey Police have released a CCTV still of the person hey believe they're after, although they are none-the-wiser as to why he left a single rasher bacon on the door knob.
