Plymouth gets something right
0 commentsAs Plymouth once again prepares itself for it's grudge match with the sky, Drake Circus shopping centre has announced half price parking and late night shopping.
Hoping to get a few more sets of feet through the door the mall has also announced most of it's outlets will remain open until 8pm enabling people "to make a real evening of it" by spending lots of lovely money at it's shops.
We actually had the pleasure of visiting Plymouth on the weekend and there do seem to be a few glaring problems, mainly with the completely disaffected populace.
The worst example of this has to be in Debenhams. The store only seem to have one disable lavvy/baby changing room, so what should you do when it's in use? According to one particularly unhelpful member of staff: "use the floor in the men's toilets".
I think I'll pass on that one, but thanks. Thanks for nothing. You useless fucks.
We're not bitter though.
