Demetrius Soupolos, 29, and his former beauty queen wife were desperate to have a baby, so after many failed attempts and a sterile report from his doctor, the couple asked their neighbour, and father of 2 to lend a hand.
Soupolos paid his neighbour Frank Maus $2500 to attempt to impregnate his wife 3 evenings a week for the next 6 months.
All seemed to be going well until at the end of the period there was no baby and Soupolos asked Maus to get checked out.
It was at this point that doctors announced that both men were infertile and that neither could father children, much to the embarrassment of Maus' wife who had to admit her own 2 children were fathered by someone else.
Soupolos if now suing Maus for breach of contract, although Maus claims he did not guarantee a pregnancy, just that he would give it his best.
$2500 to have sex with a super model for six months. What could be better? Oh, wait, she's German, probably quite a bit.
