0 commentsIn all senses of the word, Natasha Gray was indeed a model PE teacher, but she is now facing disciplinary action at the hands of the head teacher after certain modelling shots surfaced online.
The 8 pictures on iModel.com (don't bother searching, the site is slow and the pics seem to have been pulled already), show Ms Gray in what can only be described as the tamest of vanilla poses and, as head Ben Slade says "They were absolutely not pornographic but do you want to see your teacher in that way? Probably not."
I think you'll find if they look like Natasha we probably do.
"We're trying to improve things here," said Mr Slade, "Results have gone up considerably in the last two years - from 32% achieving 5 A-C grades at GCSE to 50%."
Do you think that might be down to students wanting to come in to school more, knowing they have a model as the PE teacher? I'll bet truancy is down over the same period.
This all comes after Gray was named "Britain's sexiest teacher" back in 2002, winning an ITV phone-in competition two weeks before she took her position at Manor School.
Just think, if she ends up being fired from teaching and has to go in to glamour modelling (ahem) to support herself, how many boys (and passably a few girls) will be thinking "That was my teacher, phwoar!" as they thumb through the latest copy of the Sun (lets face it, no-one reads the Sun).
