Bude Beauty Contest ends in disaster
0 commentsAfter an unfortunate omission from the rulebook, the annual Bude Beauty Contest has been won by what can only be described as a shambling man beast.
The pre-op transsexual, known only as Maddy, stormed through the initial stages after judges were afraid of being accused of being prejudiced.
Insiders are reported to have tried to get the he/she removed from the competition, but they found at no point did Miss Bude need to actually be female.
It's thought that initially votes for Maddy came in as a joke, but her unique look seems to have struck a chord with many of the frustrated businessmen that have moved to the area from the busy streets of London.
The rulebook will be changed next year to state that entrants must be born a woman to enter the competition.
