Still no news on Geraldine
0 commentsAfter last night's exciting finale to Britain's got the Pop Factor and possibly a new Jesus Christ Soapstar Superstar Strictly on Ice there is still no news on Geraldine's condition.
Over the last 15 weeks we've warmed to the intreaging Irish lass who went from he to she shortly before the series began, but now the nation holds it's breath awaiting news of how she's doing after choking on the streamers fired as part of her winning celebrations.
Controversy has plagued the competition, following the Sun's outing of Geraldine as a post op trans-sexual, and last night viewers were complaining that phone lines weren't working, leaving many unable to cast their vote.
Fans of 2Up 2Down were also left confused after Cat Deeley seemingly announced them as the winners, before officially announcing Geraldine as the winner of the live final.
Either way, the guys in the factories have been working hard to make sure the new single, The Winner's Song (co-written by Gary Barlow), is available in shops this morning and can be purchased from iTunes and HMV to name a few.
We all hope Geraldine is doing well, and we'll respect her privacy during this difficult time.
