The chef with cojones

When you think of Serbian cooking, not much really comes to mind. Their national dish is some kind of sausage type thing, but one man plans to change all that.

Ljubomir Erovic has a passion in the kitchen, and his passion is balls. Bulls, stallions and ostriches are his favourite, but from what we can tell he'll stick pretty much anyone's balls in his mouth.

We feel we should point out that he'll first skin, slice and sauté them, so don't get any ideas.

His new cookbook, subtitled 'Cooking With Balls' features such instant classics as testicle pizza and, wait for it... battered testicles. Ouch.
