Poor show at the Olympics in the making?!

I have no doubt that this bungled escape attempt in Hampshire is indicative of the changing state of our Nation.

Over the last 20 years the nation has consistently failed to really support and encourage truly competitive and active sport at school, or indeed support anything approaching a vaguely active life! Seemingly we are happy to allow the urban dweller to make a fast buck before destroying themselves with the assistance of the booze and fast food industry.

As for the kids, they grow up thinking that indoor game stations are the real thing - delusional to say the least. I mean, just look at this man's pathetic attempt to swim off the south coast in the middle of summer - even when pursued by the cops! His commitment to escape was laughable - he'd probably never even been in the sea before!!

I hope that this isn't an introduction to team GB's performance at the Olympics!?
