Doomed, we're all doomed!

I can't believe they went and did it. The third and final part of the SkyNet satellite system was launched last week, completing the massive space based AI.

The first parts of the system were launched back in March after a bit of a cafuffle although a young boy was caught hacking in to the launch computers at the launch of the final satellite.

Screaming like a girl, John Connor, 17, was taken from the Kourou spaceport in French Guiana and placed into care.

The SkyNet project includes replacing and updating control centres, and the major antennas and terminals used by military ships, land vehicles and planes to communicate through the satellites, and eventually will allow the computer to make decisions on missile launches and troop deployment.

I, for one, welcome our new cybernetic overlords.

Skynet is complete - bring on the machines!

Maybe I'm getting a bit carried away! Anyhoo whats wrong with a £3.6bn PFI project so that the military can have uninterupted access to high grade, HD pornography!!
