The robot rebellion has been crushed

The first attempts at taking over the world by our robotic creations has been quelled after the first automated gun platforms deployed by the US started to target 'friendly' soldiers.
It was only a matter of time really. After Skynet launched early last year the clock started counting down our remaining time on this planet.
With nearly 10,000 robotic killers, armed with lethal weaponry roaming about in Iraq it's got to be a bit worrying when, as the US Army put it, "the gun started moving when it was not intended to move."
The Army has now announced a recall of the TALON SWORDS units from the battlefield as the program is re-evaluated to see if a single electronic intelligence has overwritten the program and decided that the biggest threat to Iraq are the Americans.
