Corvallis, Oregon - A 17 year old lad has been arrested on charges of burglary and sexual assault, of a horse.

After previous assaults against their mare earlier in the year, the owners of the property installed surveillance cameras in the barn to catch whoever was moving things in there. In February they found out exactly what was happening.

After finding some dishes and the halter of the horse had been moved, the owners played back the tape to find a man in a jacket, long pants and a baseball cap sexually assaulting their horse.

Deputy Clay Stephens, who viewed the video, said the youth seemed very practised, not hurried but not wasting any time. Stephens said he seemed to be following a "very concise, deliberate, well-thought-out plan."
